The more I ponder it, given his evil streak, it's plausible that the vile, often drunk Levi Johnston, who poses for smut rags and is a favorite of leftists such as the unhinged Kathy Griffin, raped Bristol. Of course, the Palin family, having class and being good Christians, didn't press charges hoping that Levi would man up.
