why ted cruz was right to walk out on the 'in defense of christians' conference
Breitbart ^ | 9/12/2014 | Katie Gorka

What I discovered the next day is that Cruz had known exactly what he was doing.  Indeed, he had read the article that had been published about the event just that day and which essentially repeated Frank Ghadry’s allegation that the conference organizers were close to Hezbollah.

Whether Cruz ever contemplated withdrawing from the event is not certain, but what is clear is that he was keenly aware of the alleged links between the organizers of the event and Hezbollah, and he was not going to let that go untested.

Many have criticized Cruz since the event, saying he should have known the audience better or that he was grandstanding. But his actions on Wednesday evening reminded me of the line from the recent New Yorker article about Cruz: “That is the kind of politician Cruz has become―one who came to Washington not to make a deal but to make a point.”

Go Ted go! Go Sarah go! Go Israel go! USA! USA! USA! It's clear that America has no better friend than Israel and Christians have no better friends than genuine Jews. Both of these fine Christian Patriots, Senator Cruz and Governor Sarah recognize this.

For whom the bell tolls a poem
(No man is an island) by John Donne

No man is an island,
Entire of itself.
Each is a piece of the continent,
A part of the main.
If a clod be washed away by the sea,
Europe is the less.
As well as if a promontory were.
As well as if a manor of thine own
Or of thine friend’s were.
Each man’s death diminishes me,
For I am involved in mankind.
Therefore, send not to know
For whom the bell tolls,
It tolls for thee.

I'm sure the instigator (a LIV in my opinion) has followed us over to this thread to go a-trollin' here. It's very simple in my mind: Where would America be without Israel in this tempest-tossed world? There's no more reliable ally. Period. Heck, I'd even bend the rules for a spell right how to install Benjamin Netanyahu in the White House until we can undo the rampant fraud of the last two elections -- until Ted Cruz and/or Sarah Palin take the oath of office.

From what I gather, if Senator Ted Cruz had that well-known bumper sticker on his car when he pulled up for that conference, they'd probably be pelting it with eggs.

Israel has acted as our planet Jupiter for over 50 years sucking in a lot of things aimed at us. They MORE than paid back any debt (not that I think there was one but some do) from WW2 by being on the recieving end of muslim hate for America. If anything, WE owe THEM.

Period. A real one. Not an Obama one.

It's interesting how other articles take just one line from his opening statement (concerning Jews of course) and then note that boos then began. Let's take a look at the entire opening....

Good evening. Today we are gathered at a time of extraordinary challenge. Tonight we are all united in defense of Christians. Tonight we are all united in defense of Jews. Tonight we are all united in defense of people of good faith who are standing together against those who would persecute and murder those who dare to disagree with their religious teachings.

As for me, the Christians that I associate with would applaud this statement. Very telling (on it's own and beyond the facts).

It’s the way of all liberals. Twist the facts to forward the “AGENDA”. I’m surprised that KOS didn’t accuse him of vivisecting a muslim baby on the podium, making bread and then all the libs here didn’t promote that lie as well.

Of course! This conference was not about the teachings of the Nazarene, but a concealed alliance of Hezbollah and allies. These chrislam parasites made a deal with the Devil to not be first on the chopping block.

TC knew of and exposed the villains.

Here's when the grumbling in the audience really started...And, the diseased cat emerges from the bag!

Religious bigotry is a cancer with many manifestations. ISIS, Al Qaeda, Hezbollah, Hamas, and their state sponsors like Syria and Iran, are all engaged in a vicious genocidal campaign to destroy religious minorities in the Middle East.Sometimes we are told not to lump these groups together, that we have to understand their so-called nuances and differences. But we shouldn't try to parse different manifestations of evil that are on murderous rampage through the region. Hate is hate and murder is murder.

What do you have to do to get a republican to do some serious Grand Standing?..

1) rape their daughters?..
2) put them in a concentration camp?..
3) bend them over and give them “a gift”..
4) SLAP them call them names, take away their beer and football?..
5) reduce the value of their fiat federal dollars by half?.. or MORE?..

Jeese!...

“That is the kind of politician Cruz has become―one who came to Washington not to make a deal but to make a point.” >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> And in making that point , he will unify America instead of dividing it as Obama has accomplished.

If this country had half a brain this guy would be elected president in 2016.

Alas, I’m not optimistic.

What is frightening is the ignorance and lack of critical thinking on the part of Americans who don't ask "Who are these guys".

While it would be useful to establish constructive discourse with the left, the biggest problem in confronting them with facts is the mindless embrace of propaganda and lack of understanding that drives almost every aspect of their mouth frothing diatribes.

The mind numbing ignorance on their part is growing, not diminishing. I am more and more compelled to simply walk away. It's just not worth it to try to salvage some of them.

Lost in all of this is the actual victims of the current genocide taking place. This is not a game, people are being systematically exterminated. Know one is speaking for them. How typical.

Primarily it is the total irrelevance of Facts. Facts, to a liberal, are merely a mental construct like any other fantasy.Facts are how things ARE, not how things SHOULD BE and therefore are to be ignored or attacked.
