We don’t have neutron bombs. What makes you think Israel does?Their has been a number of books written that let the cat out of the bag ( late 80's early 90's?) about Israel's "program". It detailed their work with the French and South Africans and testing. Yes it is rumored they are not the "typical" devices but of the newtrhon type.
