Stockholm (AFP) - Sweden's Social Democrats look set to reclaim power after eight years in opposition, according to an early exit poll which predicts the far right will make historic gains in Sunday's general election.
The anti-immigration Sweden Democrats could double their seats in parliament as some in the nation of 10 million known for its liberal asylum rules express frustration with a growing influx of refugees.

An electoral gain for the Sweden Democrats and their dapper 35-year-old leader Jimmie Aakesson would confirm a Europe-wide trend of soaring popularity for populist right-wing parties.
The eurosceptic Alternative for Germany, which has flirted with populist positions on immigration and law and order, was expected to make big gains in elections Sunday in the eastern states of Thuringia and Brandenburg.

The bad news is the socialists regained power in Sweden. The good news is the fake conservatives lost ground to the anti-immigration Sweden Democrats who may end up holding the balance of power in Parliament.
Getting rid of the fake conservatives of the GOP in this country may require allowing the Democrats to win by voting for third options.

Its gonna have to start moving a little faster. Once the welfare state realizes its supply of new clients might dry up they’ll go into overdrive.
The Swedish Social Democrats have their Latinos - a Third World supply of Muslims and Arabs.
But along with the now-ousted Moderate party, they have demographically decimated Sweden through lax immigration policies.
Their victory will finish off Sweden as a Western nation, and cemented their Sharia destiny. Such idiots.
Condolences to all true Swedes on the surrender of your country to a red-green alliance. In hopeful news, the Sweden Democrats is now the third largest party. If history is any guide, prepare yourself now for the conservative party to go into convulsions, with a leading part wanting to ape the Social Democrats, and a wishy-washy middle mostly going along with it - that, and demonizing those among the conservatives who realize that it’s time to steer a course that’s been marked by the Sweden Democrats. Some of those demonized will then defect. I don’t envy you, Sweden. All the best for the years to come.
