SOME see the handwriting on the wall and "get outta Dodge." There ARE other places to live besides "gangland."

1. One helpful solution would be to get American stupids to stop doing drugs.

2. I would imagine that the OTHER half of the troubles are over drug turf, respect and women (prostitution), possibly in that order.

Oh, I forgot, NOTHING wrong with drugs; and there's NOTHING wrong with prostitution, as long as the guys wear condoms.
