I think the very concept of racism is a bit of an artificial construct. Nobody questions a person's preference for his own family, nor for his own country (generally), nor his own town, or football team, for the love of Pete, but, suddenly, between races, where sometimes there are stark physical and cultural differences, it is suddenly a sin worse than child molestation to prefer your own. Oh, but it's only a sin if you're white. All other races are allowed to have pride and preference.
