A victim of Rotherham's child sex abuse scandal confronted a man she says groomed her - but was left shocked when she was the one arrested.
The woman was shocked when she saw the man walking through the town's centre on Friday and decided to challenge him over the allegations.
But she was tackled by two police officers and pushed up against a wall during her 'thuggish' arrest, a witness has said.
A damning report released last month detailed how 1,400 children were sexually exploited in the area over a 16-year period.
The Times reported that a woman whose case is being investigated by authorities - but has not yet been interviewed - was arrested after tackling a man she says groomed her when she was 15.
A witness accused the police of 'acting like insensitive thugs', telling the paper: 'A police van came and six male officers piled out.

I understand and was merely pointing out that this type of story did not have elements that lent themselves to being made up by the DM.
If they had listened to her from the start they could have arrested the guy on her testimony.
Instead they called her a racist. God knows that anybody who attacks a Pakistani man MUST be doing so because the Pakistani guy is just an innocent victim of racism...
This is the British equivalent of the recent news from Texas that the Texas Rangers will be soon acting with force to counteract or prevent citizen activity at US/Mexico international land crossings.

The idea of letting civil courts use a “culture’s” own rules (religious rules) is sort of like trying Jim Jones according to the rules of his cult. In the end treating each culture as if they are a law unto themselves logically leads to the idea that if Pakistani Muslims rape little girls, then who are we to say that’s wrong?
The “multi-culturalism” crap - that all cultures have equally-moral rules - is incompatible with the very concept of the rule of law. Who can ever make laws, if a culture with the opposite view of what is “right and wrong” is just as legally/morally valid as the current laws on the books?
This post-modern garbage defies reason and logic, and those who benefit the most from it are Muslims and anarchists.
What’s happened to Britain and to a lot of other places in Europe - and is happening in America too - is post-modernism. The society is losing its brain and hearts, and going from post-Christianity on to post-modernism, and that is the suicide of civilization.
No wonder Scotland wants out of Not So Great Britain.

So do I understand you to say that everything in England (or the UK or whatever acronym you choose) is hunky dory? I haven’t been to London for a few years, but the last time I was there, a bomb went off a block from the Indian restaurant when I was having supper. Back then, it was probably the IRA, but now it’s the Muzzies slicing up one of your military officers. Do you really think you are not on the precipice of an internal civil war with Islam? BTW, although born in the US, my ancestors are Scottish, so it concerns me that all of this is going on.

That is what we have the Marines for.
I’m sure Scotland already has local control over criminal justice. I would imagine they don’t compare favorably to England in that regard, but I don’t know for sure.
We have problems, but neither are we finished nor the hellhole some in the US seem to think we are.
