"No, the casings at the scene match those in the jeep and those at the man’s home. Not a frame..."

Yeah, right, sure, Uh Huh...

There are too many cases of guys sitting on Death Row who are walking out of jail after DNA tests have proven they were entirely innocent. The System is broken. Remember the Duke lacrosse team?

I'd point out hundreds of other cases, but JBTs are as close-minded as Liberals...

This guy is a dead man walking. The Goons are going to execute him, and will lie to cover up the murder. They have a Target.

Agree.

People get confused between “preponderance of evidence” and “beyond a reasonable doubt”. One for civil proceedings, the other criminal.

I find it odd that Oswald was buried 24 hours after Ruby shot him. But, of course, he really was guilty, no need for a trial, right?

That kind of conspiracy theory is a bit silly in this case. The Duke lacrosse team was a victim of a prosecutor who was running for election and pandering to a leftwing university community to support a popular type of liberal victim. It isn’t remotely similar to this case.

If your brother were murdered, would you want to kill just anyone right away to say you “solved it”, or would you actually be a teeny bit interested in finding the real murderer? These troopers aren’t running for office or pandering to a political group, they are trying to find the man shooting at, wounding and killing them. They WANT the RIGHT guy.
