Cheer up Ninth Circuit, you’re about to be over-rulled again.

It seems as if the inJustices on this court seem to think they must be over-ruled a lot, or they aren’t doing their job.

Strange thing to me is that the inJustices on the 9th are appointed by the same people who appointed the inJustices in all the other circuit courts.

If I were a parent of a student in one of these schools I would choose that day to visit my child at school. I would be decked out in my USA attire with an American flag flying from my vehicle.
