BREAKING: It’s the Russians. They’re jamming your TV signal.
Europe’s problem. Not ours.
So: if a handful of Russians who find themselves suddenly on the other side of a border from their cousins and brothers buy some military surplus jackets and maybe even a few trucks, that’s a Russian invasion of the Ukraine. But it’s cool if we put boots on the ground, and sell arms to the military junta that held guns to the legislature as it “voted” to oust the democratically elected president because he didn’t want to surrender sovereignty to the European Union.
That’s pretty damned deranged thinking in my book.
