As much as I disagree with and enjoy finding fault with Paul - he is correct here.

President Obama now wishes to bomb ISIS and arm their Islamic allies in Syria.
Yep. Rand seems to be one of the few people in Congress who actually thinks about this stuff.
I agree with Rand on this, and I have told my representative and senators how I feel about it.
I agree with Paul here. What makes me sad, is that a great barn burner like this will cause some folks to think he is a great presidential candidate choice.
No, he’ll be of on some need for immigration reform in seconds.
I can’t jump up and down because of this speech because he’ll anger me again in days.
The state of our political affairs is so frustrating these days. One moment you have a statesman, the next a conniving enabler to our enemies. You look real hard, and yep... it’s the same guy.

We should not arm any of these people. But I am in favor of wiping the Islamic terrorists off the face of the earth. But you can’t do that by pussyfooting around. Declare war, mobilize and blast them out!! And then keep our bases in place for the next time

We certainly shouldn’t be arming Syrian rebels on the Senate floor. That’s just too close to home.
So now we have to fly them over here and arm them on the Senate floor. Dumb move, but generally, Paul is right. Arming the Syrian rebels arms ISIS (ISIL, or IL, whatever).
Any US airstrikes in Iraq are collateral damage from a diversion. Prince Obie is dead set on driving Assad out of power so IS, ISIL, ISIS will have a home base from which to spread their terror.
Was in the Senate Gallery watching his speech today. It was incredible! Great points, logical speech, really makes sense.
All conservative except Dean Heller. Mostly liberal Democrats on the D side.
