ISIS takeover? What does that mean? Ain't nobody "taking over" this country....at least not here in Texas...except maybe the feds (unfortunately)...and even that would be catastrophic for them. Any other power/group/nation attempts a "takeover" and they will have their heads handed to them by a bunch of gun totin'-freedom lovin' rednecks.
Now...maybe where you live people will lay down and suck their thumbs...but not anywhere outside lib-haven.

The 1992 Bush v Clinton race was probably swung by the indictment of Caspar Weinberger. Clinton was the "comeback kid" who consistently ran in last place during the Democrat primaries, but he surged ahead of Bush after the indictment.
We know that the 2000 Bush v Gore race was heavily influenced by the DUI announcement. Bush would have likely won outright had it not happened. The October Surprise caused the Florida situation to happen, which lead to the eventual systemic program of the Left to undermine the Bush presidency as "selected, not elected."
The 2006 midterm Foley incident lead to the Nancy Pelosi era in the House. Democrats might have picked up seats, but Pelosi turned the Foley incident into a "culture of corruption" that lead to the ouster of Denny Hastert and others.
In 2010, Meg Whitman had a good shot at winning the Governor's race in California until Gloria Allred marched out the "victim" maid who claimed that Whitman was a cheap multi-millionaire boss who hired illegal aliens.

Hooker In Democrat Big Extortion Plot (Bob Beckel)
Meet Maryam Massihi. The 21-year-old hooker recently stole political consultant Bob Beckel's heart--at least for a few hours, at $300 per. Then Massihi (who used the names Tiffany and Cindy professionally) and her cohorts allegedly tried to extort $50,000 in hush money from the Democratic heavyweight (he ran Walter Mondale's 1984 presidential campaign). Beckel's recent run-in with Massihi & Co. is detailed in this search warrant affidavit filed August 23 in Alexandria, Virginia's Circuit Court. Beckel discovered his young consort via the Internet (Massihi's electronic come-on is below) and paid her by check, which proved helpful when cops began probing who was trying to shake down the 53-year-old Beckel. With Massihi currently imprisoned and facing extortion and conspiracy charges, her D.C. answering machine message needs an update: "Hi. I'll be back around September. Thank you." (6 pages)

For those who watch the faith based TV program Prophesy in the News and host Gary Stearman and Bob Ulrich may know that Gary and Bob have recently left Prophesy in the News and a new host has come aboard. Gary will no longer write for the magazine by the same name. I contacted a well known Bible prophesy writer and web site host and had a short email contact with him. I asked if he knew why Gary and Bob left and was it under other than good issues. I was told that although he had not contacted them on purpose, he had his thoughts but would not share them as he had no hard evidence. But the in between the lines left me to believe that Gary and Bob left for a reason other than just leaving as the Prophesy in the News web site says. I was also told that they had started a new ministry and it can be found at: The Prophecy Watchers.com. I sent Bob and Gary and email and told them I hoped they started a new TV program, as they have plenty of guest to lean on from the PITN show and hoped Gary started a new magazine.
