If the Dems ran the House today Amnesty would have been a DONE DEAL, and the Dems would be counting some 30 Million new voters 10 years from now...and the Republicans would have about as much power as we had after Watergate, which would mean that we would be invited on to talk shows but otherwise COMPLETELY REMOVED from having a say in how the country is run.
But I know the Dems, and if they’re not sending TROLLS out to call talk radio, and post on Internet forums, trying to depress loyal Republican voters, I would be SHOCKED.
For us Tea Party Republicans, sure we had a lot of losses in the Primaries, but we had one HUGE WIN, and that was sending Cantor on his ass. For with Cantor gone, all talk about Amnesty coming out of Congress died with him...that is a HUGE WIN and I’m still CELEBRATING it!
Boehner is still talking up amnesty and the GOPe is apparently going to let Obama pass amnesty by executive order once the election is over and his action can’t hurt Democrats at the polls.
Really, they ran the whole shooting match for two yrs. House, Senate, White House and yet did not do amnesty, why? It’s a loser for them politically or they would have. They want the Republican eunuchs to do their dirty work and they almost did so or will do so soon enough.
When Republicans do go through with the Chamber of Crony Communism’s plans for amnesty there will still be Republican Party kool-aid chuggers on here telling us how we have to vote GOP or insert the world ends excuse of the day.
I can’t vote democrat but right now I don’t have any reason to vote republican either as they are essentially the same party with the difference being the price tag.
