For most Americans, the answer is that they will put up with anything . . . just to keep the free food coming. In fact, I'll bet only a tiny handful of parents in this particular school have a problem with the kid being disciplined.
We [as a Nation] put up with obamacare. That should answer your question. It probably not the answer that you liked or wanted, but it is what it is.
