CHARLESTOWN, Mass. (Jan. 14, 2008) The first major snowfall of the New Year blankets the USS Constitution. Despite the weather "Old Ironsides," remained open for free public tours. At 210 years-old, USS Constitution is the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world, manned by 67 active-duty United States Sailors and visited by nearly half a million visitors annually. Grrrr...you beat me to first!

And I was so idle today, I should have been in there quicker!

All I did today was:

Teach 2 lessons,
Read a Chapter of Crime and Punishment (The BIG chapter with the murders)
Practice 1.5 hours electric Guitar
Practice Fretless bass
Practice Classical Guitar (all scales and modes)
Watch the movie “Gettysburg”( 4.5 hours)
Answer the posts on the Jerusalem thread
Groom Lynn-dah (this produced a fluff ball the size of a soccer ball)
And audited an on-line class in a Master of Divinity program in systematic theology

(Alright...so I came in second. I can live with that!) :-)

BTW, This week, not one but TWO of my students landed singing roles in their school musicals!
