Where I live and work are (in St. Louis Co terms) pretty far away from where I would expect problems. This in no way means that I do not think about it and work to have a plan to deal with it, should it hit in my area. My biggest concern is with work, not home. Still thinking that one through....
If you are south of 40, you are probably ok. North of 40, hotzone.
I hope the GJ drags this out until the winter, that will keep the rioting down a bit.
