Bush had that many in Iraq and Afghanistan but his “partners” actually sent troops. Not many in some cases, but actual breathing gun-toting troops.

40 unnamed coalition members? The OIC (organization of Islamic Countries) consists of 57 nation states (including the Palestinian territory). How many of these nations are Sunni? Shia? How many of the OIC are concerned about IS/ISIS/ISIL? Just a guess...40?
