These are Muslim countries like Turkey. They would not be against terrorism directed against Infidels like us, or Muslim Heretics, like Shias, Alawites etc. -tom

Plus, they are buying this oil at a greatly reduced price. It is around $30/barrel from what I have read. There are many black market dealers that will buy it from them and resell it to someone else for more. There is always a buyer for a commodity at some price. It is kind of like conflict diamonds.
