Why would anyone, even someone as wealthy as Mr. Limbaugh, give a tip of $2,000 on a meal?

There have been at least one or two stories over the years of Mr. Limbaugh giving very large tips at restaurants.

It was a long time ago, but my recollection is that one was more like $12,000. I think he was with a group.
