My take, or opinion, regarding those who hanker for “marriage equality,” is that they cop out in calling aberrant behavior what it is, and do so out of fear. They do not want to invite scrutiny of their own pitfalls.
“You call me out on being homo? Oh yeah? Well look at your own life and get back to me when it’s perfect!” So it’s the old “I’m okay, you’re okay” fun ride into the delusion that we are not accountable both to a Creator and to one another.
Now, the Creator is well able and willing to overcome all these maladies, as easily as a camel can pass through the eye of a needle. After all, He has called all into being and sustains it to this very moment by His Word. So . . . if these aberrant snots are hired in at the last hour and I see them in the new creation, there will be absolutely no complaint on my part. “Please, O Lord, let them go in ahead of me. Save them by the same mercy you have given me in Christ.”
