The Disney Corporation has single-handedly killed more relationships than any other factor. After growing up on romantic fantasy, girls/women have been trained to desire only perfection. Look at the number one reason: haven’t found the right one.

SORRY TO BREAK THE NEWS, PRINCESS, BUT PRINCE CHARMING DOES NOT EXIST IN REAL LIFE....

“Even growing up in a home where the parents remained together is no guarantee when surrounded by a peer group who suffers the effects.”

There have been studies that show even kids in good families view their parents as “divorced”. Weird - but it is so pervasive. I recall years ago had an argument with my wife over something, and one of the kids said “You’re not getting a divorce are you!!??”

The femninazis have destroyed marriage and made it legal suicide for men in this day and age

You just can’t see that many families fall apart without it having some effect. When I grew up, divorce was pretty rare. A generation later, fairly common, and in the industry I work in, it is not uncommon for guys to have multiple failed marriages (long spells away from home don’t help). Nowadays, no wonder the younger set is gunshy.

The ability to have a baby in her 20s with a guy who might not stay and can’t provide well, because she gets Head Start, WIC, SNAP, subsidized daycare and all the benefits whether he stays or not. In fact, it is a dis-incentive to get married, because then she loses all her benefits.

The reason is simple: the Millenial generation--though the MSM is loathe to admit it--is surprisingly obsessed with their financial situation just like the generation that grew up during the Great Depression of the 1930's. In short, they see too much government control of the economy and a huge mistrust of many financial institutions, especially the aftereffects of the 2008 stock market crash and the fact there are still a lot of economic doomsayers out there.

Ditto.

Society created an environment of “don’t rush it, all in good time” - without noting that the clock is, indeed, ticking. And the clock isn’t a stopwatch, it’s a timer with an unknown setting.

Women have also bought into the erroneous idea that they can wait until they’re 40 to start having kids.

If you wait, you’re going to find that the most desirable partners were already taken in their 20s, and what you’re stuck with is the leftovers.

There's another layer.

To put it simply, if a young man is in the Canadian Wilderness, dozens of miles form the nearest woman, and he does something (anything), is he still a misogynist woman hater?

That is the meme that guys are getting handed at every turn.

Chivalry, pretty much one of the cornerstones of Western Civilization, is dangnear dead, and still being bludgeoned by the lesbofeminazi set.

When you can't win, you just. don't. play.

Keep in mind that that image is heartily reinforced by the tube, and the whole denigration of people into sex objects in both music and pop culture, so why bother?

Unless daddy has real money or she has a trust fund to tap into after the divorce, there's no sense in working your butt off through your forties to pay for kids you won't get to see anyway. Poor little rich girls make lousy wives as a rule, and well, most poor people are that way for a reason. The middle class is shrinking fast. (The baby-making curve is dropping, too, at least in productive demographics--others may vary, but there is a pecuniary incentive there).

I thank Almighty God I grew up when I did, and do my best to instill somewhat outdated but sound values into grandchildren now, but it is an uphill battle. I can see why they are discouraged.

Just wait til the Draft comes back and the Big War Starts—then weddings will happen all over the place—and hospitals will be full of babies. When push comes to shove—America has raised a generation or two of selfish pigs. Wait til things get rought—no power for Lap tops or cell phones because the grid has gone down. No Gas because its rationed, lots of jobs but lots of Uniforms for men and women. Wait til we need to re-build our cities. Wait til their is no more welfare—because the Nation is broke and we are at war with China and can’t borrow any more cash. Wait til our backs are to the wall and even Canada will close their borders to US Citizens.

Agreed, that raising children is the paramount reason for our existence.

The paramount reason for our existence is to glorify God.

Amongst the silly comments, I would say that yours is the most valid.

Anyone who takes a moment to get to know these kids would know that what you have stated is the truth.

The world is in flames, 25 year old ‘kids’ know this to be true.
