Ofc. Wilson is going to get it; it’s been predetermined by this kangaroo court. All of this “process” is just meaningless theater.
I don’t think so. I’ll bet that Obama, Holder and company bet that a “no bill” works better for them by getting the black and far-left white voters in a rage, ready to march down to the polling places. How does a indictment of Wilson do that?
The script is written. Brown gets charged. Brown appears in court. Witnesses to episode end up being problems for the prosecution because physical evidence disagrees with the witness story. Jury sits there wondering how story can differ so much from evidence and witnesses. Jury ends up either acquitting him or being hung-jury. Rage goes turbo in Ferguson....twenty structures set on fire that night. Public starts to ask how evidence can be so different, then realizes that the witnesses were either high on drugs or simply not there. Books get written. Movie gets made.
I find it really odd that neither the officer nor the PD have come forward with their story of the events. It’s all been hearsay as far as I know.
Even if it turns out the killing was justified it’s almost as if they have to indict him just to prevent major rioting and all that comes with it.

Something else is going on besides the wheels of justice. It really shouldn’t take that long. Either the shooting was justified or not. Not much more evidence is coming in. I suspect that Holder and the Justice department are some how holding things up. Maybe holding on to evidence.

Late October or early November. Well what a coincidence...just in time for it to be used for the elections.
This would indicate Officer Wilson is not guilty of any charges. Delaying the truth until AFTER the midterm elections means the blacks can STAY energized and get to the polls. Once they find out Brown’s finger print is on Wilson’s firearm, their balloon has burst.
