Bingo. The air strikes are ineffective because the muslim in chief has no intent to take out isis. His aim is to take out the Syrian infrastructure.
And the Pentagon is cooperating.

And why are they striking empty buildings? Obama is likely terrified that he will hit civilians; his base routed Bush by loudly decrying every civilian hit. If Obama starts killing human shields his base is gone from him forever. Also hoping that his cuts to the military will result in depletion of missiles and such...
