> Can someone out of office still be forced to testify before Congress?

Yes. They’re still a fact-witness to a crime, however with the Obama administration’s complicity he might have a heart attack before testifying ..

**Her brother was murdered on Dec. 14, 2010, with weapons “walked” into Mexico under Fast and Furious. ICE Special Agent Jaime Zapata was also a Fast and Furious casualty.

“I do not find it a coincidence that Eric Holder chose now to resign after Judge Bates denied the request from the DOJ to delay the release of the Fast and Furious documents,” Terry-Willis told Katie Pavlich of Townhall.com.**

Hmmm.

“Guess which name is on the top of Zero’s list of pardons to issue as he’s headed out the exit in 2017?”

A POTUS should not be able to issue pardons on the day of or after an election where he is voted out of office or terms out. Even a “good” conservative POTUS should not be able to do this.

I guess that would take a constitutional amendment?

If the Republicans are smart, which I highly doubt, they will wait until Obama is out of office to indict Holder. He can’t pardon him of a crime that he has not been indicted for. Patience, my pretties, patience.

What a stupid headline.

Quitting by accident does not happen often, and I'm pretty sure he meant to do it.

Do people really get paid to write like that?

You’re thinking too literally. The title works fine.

Dictionary.com
impeach
[im-peech]

Synonyms
Word Origin
verb (used with object)
1.to accuse (a public official) before an appropriate tribunal of misconduct in office.
2.Chiefly Law. to challenge the credibility of:
to impeach a witness.
3.to bring an accusation against.
4.to call in question; cast an imputation upon:
to impeach a person’s motives.
5.to call to account.
Actually impeachment does NOT mean to remove from office. That is something the Senate votes on if a president, a judge or other official is first impeached by the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. William Jefferson Clinton was absolutely impeached regardless of what some say but he was not removed from office. Impeachment has several listed meanings.
You, I or anyone else can IMPEACH (call into question or bring an accusation against) anyone or anything even though as private citizens we cannot bring anyone to trial and certainly cannot remove anyone from office, least of all Jesus the Christ.

The buzz is Holder quit b/c he’s going in for bowel surgery.

Seems that everytime Holder had to enforce a law, he got constipated-—so much so he got addicted to Metamucil.

Now his system is shot to hell-—he’s getting a pacemaker put on his sphincter muscle.
