We are under a flood watch until at least midnight. Expecting HEAVY rain soon to continue through tonight. The St. Marys river carries a surprising amount of water. When it backs up all of the low lying land in Georgia and Florida floods.
FWIW - The highest natural point of land in the county is on the Submarine Base. I won't say it's flat but the speed bumps have elevation marks.
