I gently disagree ...
This isn't a WTF moment ... but rather a ...
quid pro quo for ISIS/L's (very public) release of 47 Turkish "hostages" last week.
Of course, what's not seen (in the public eye) is the new Turkish-ISIS/L axis-of-evil ...
where ISIL will serve as Turky's "shock troops" as Turkey sets it's eyes on the rebirth of the "real deal" Caliphate ...
AKA "The Ottoman Empire" ...
the same guys who attempted (and failed) to capture Vienna in 1683.
Also ... what Turkey is NOW providing is a "financial-logistical" Cambodia-style safe-haven from U.S. Air Force strikes in Syria.
Brother, this stuff is getting deep ... and Obama's secretly working behind the scene to quietly establish an "unconquerable" Caliphate for when the Kenyan Emperor leaves office in 2017.
