It’s more than a dozen years late. Bush’s DOJ should have been all over it given all the FL shenanigans in 2000, but he didn’t get it about that, and many other things.
If I recall, his efforts were stymied by the Democrates when Alberto Gonzales tried to fire some federal attorneys who were dragging their feet on voter fraud cases.
