Is this person a US citizen, if he’s not he has no expectation of privacy rights.
Frieden in my opinion confirmed the patient is not a US Citizen when he refused to directly answer the question. He was just visiting family members who live in the Dallas area.
He is not an American. He is here to visit this scourge upo....oops, I meant to visit family. It is already established he is not a US citizen.
Apparently not.....In the presser the Dr. speaking said “the individual was here visiting family members that live here”. I kept hitting rewind to make sure I heard it correctly.
