The Liberian man, IIRC was exposed on the 16th, left on the 19-20th, and symptom sick on the 24. 8 days of incubation. It’s anywhere from 2 to 21 (25?) and the mean being anywhere from 5-13 days.

So the administration saying there’s no way he was contagious during the flights is just crap.
