Isolate and depopulate Hawaii. I think it is tied to not wanting tourist to spew jet aircraft toxins in the air, so Hawaii can lose its biggest industry and the islands can go back to the stone age like it was prior to King Kamehameha when they didn’t have any form of metal or any tool sharper than a shell. Hawaiian preppers start bugging out now. Remember Obola always goes back on his word and he will push you under the bus.
