The first patient to be diagnosed with Ebola in the U.S. was identified Wednesday as Thomas Eric Duncan.

Thomas Eric Duncan, identified by a former employer and seen in this undated Facebook photo, is the first Ebola patient to be diagnosed in the United States.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital sent Duncan home on September 26 despite telling a nurese he had traveled to the United States from Ebola-ravaged West Africa. (ABC)

Thomas Duncan was vomiting wildly outside of this apartment on the way to the hospital.
Yahoo reported:

Two days after he was sent home from a Dallas hospital, the man who is the first person to be diagnosed with Ebola in the United States was seen vomiting on the ground outside an apartment complex as he was bundled into an ambulance.

His whole family was screaming. He got outside and he was throwing up all over the place,” resident Mesud Osmanovic, 21, said on Wednesday, describing the chaotic scene before the man was admitted to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital on Sunday where he is in serious condition.

The hospital cited the man’s privacy as the reason for not identifying him. However, Gee Melish, who said he was a family friend, identified the man in Texas infected with Ebola as Thomas Eric Duncan.

Duncan’s sister Mai Wureh told the Associated Press it was her brother who is at the center of the country’s latest Ebola scare.

The poor EMS crew that transported him ...... hope they dodge this bullet. A relative works EMS at a college - often ends up with vomit on the uniform & that’s just from kids under the influence.

That’s just the good, healthy vomit. This is devil-barf, vile, nasty, and poisonous.

There’s very little info around on disinfection and cleanup techniques. Does bleach work? How long do the viruses live outside of a body?

Any criticism of Queen Obola, or her administration, is raciss.

Ebola was created by the white man (according to Calypso Louie), so any whites who die from it are getting their just rewards for being white.

My SIL is an EMS tech. Got stuck with a needle the other night from an HIV guy. Happens too often from what I gather.
Yeah, he should have been a bit more careful but working in a pristine classroom verses working in the field transport and ER is a different experience than he expected.

Lets not forget that in olden days warring armies used to catapult dead bodies over the city walls as disease carrying weapons.

From what I understand there are bleach solutions all over Monrovia so people can wash their hands. People no longer shake hands. I, too, will do the same. I believe like the guy here in Dallas touched that pregnant women. I personally as a Texan believe he should be charged with a crime. I’m told he quit his job and fled to America. They say people are fleeing the infection area in droves.

Another Obama administration failure. If the U.K. saw enough problems that it shut down West African travel from and to the U.K., why in God’s name didn’t our useless President and his accommodating cabinet do the same? Because that’s the way they roll.

***They say people are fleeing the infection area in droves.***

I hear that it’s in Europe but word hasn’t gotten out because of the tourist industry there.

Not only that, but you are not allowed to out and out ask them, “do you have aids?” As an EMT, the hospital is not even allowed to tell you the person is infected without their OK.

A caller said the vomit will now infect the Dallas sewer system.

Remind the caller to not drink from the sewer.

>Mr. Duncan had direct contact with a 19-year old pregnant girl “convulsing” in the final stages of Ebola

There’s that and the kiddies over there just keep on banging like bunnies. Then you have the swinging AIDs infected peckerheads raping virgins to cure their AIDs. And we keep sending billions there to help them commit more suicide and murder.

Seal it off and let their fate run its course.

They spray bleach on everything in Africa for disinfection - WHO guidelines:

“For environmental decontamination . . . the WHO recommends using chlorine solutions for cleaning up spills of blood or body fluids by flooding the area with a 1:10 dilution of 5.25% household bleach for 10 minutes for surfaces that can tolerate stronger bleach solutions (such as cement, metal).

“For surfaces that may corrode or discolour, the WHO recommends careful cleaning to remove visible stains followed by contact with a 1:100 dilution of 5.25% household bleach for more than 10 minutes.”

***************************

Caught a glimpse of a story (didn’t see the first part) about the ambulance that transported this guy being disinfected - I think they used bleach, then put in an Ozone unit for 6 hours or something like that.

That is correct, cannot list it on the chart from what I hear.

another case of how political correctness is going to sink us, if it has not done so as yet.

They say his fellow airline passengers are safe because he had no symptoms. His relatives/friends back in Africa say he went to America to get treatment for his ebola. How did he know he had ebola?

This is going to get big, fast, because the government lies, lies, lies.
