The keys to watch are:
1. Are these 80 ID’d?
2. Are they being watched?
3. How many of those 80 will recognize it if they start showing symptoms.
4. How many will hide symptoms?
5. How many will refuse treatment or make a run for it?
80 people can turn into 6,400 pretty fast, and that into 3,400,000 just as fast again.
The CDC personnel watched 900 in Nigeria and that worked out fine. 20 got sick, 8 died, the rest were not infected, but tracked in case they were.
