Something not adding up here; Nigeria seems to have their limited outbreak under control. Could be something other than Ebola, or he traveled to other countries, or Nigeria still has a problem.
I’m sure Nigeria still has a problem; they stopped its rapid spread in their country, but it’s still there and there are infectious people and situations there.
My vote is, “Nigeria still has a problem.”
