You seem to have confused the legal aspects with the right of every voter to vote their conscience and to place their vote based on whatever they wish.

I will not be voting for Mitt RINOmney for many reasons, his cultic member status included.

You of course are free to vote on whatever criteria you choose. But in 2012, we ended up with an irreligious man winning the election. Is that preferable to a Mormon candidate? Perhaps you believe it is. You have the right to your opinion. It just seems odd that in applying such religious tests, a voter can end up with a secular humanist such as Obama, who clearly has disdain for religious faith in general.
