WHITE HOUSE: NO TRAVEL BAN FROM AFRICA NEEDED DESPITE EBOLA SCARE IN DALLAS
Breitbart ^ | Oct. 4, 2014 | by CHARLIE SPIERING

Posted on 10/04/2014 12:21:17 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

The federal government is not considering a travel ban to the United States from Africa, thanks to a “sophisticated multi layer screening system" at airports in Africa, according to the White House.

“If we can screen through the transportation system to ensure that individuals that are exhibiting symptoms don't have access to a transportation system, then you can keep the transportation system secure,” White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest explained to reporters aboard Air Force One.

A travel ban would make it more difficult for professionals to reach Africa to help end the Ebola epidemic, he explained.

If we lose control of this pandemic due to malfeasance and neglect, those responsible should be handed over to ISIS. I will donate a dull, rusty knife.

No it would not. These people are LYING to you..
There are ways to set it up that would still allow Doctor to go there and help.
Set up a BAN NOW!

I heard yesterday that Jindal had banned all flights from infected countries into Louisiana. Couldn’t Perry do the same with Texas? Hell, EVERY governor should do the same if the kenyan fag won’t!

Oh brilliant, are you trying to be a jerk? There are not 100 cases in Dallas as of
this posting. And somehow you think you'll be protected living in Delaware?
As if anybody fleeing will bring Ebola with them. I have no idea what your point
is other than being a sarcastic ass. Maybe you would like to elaborate bit?

We have the military over there now so flights could be arranged for medical staff.

Obama is intent on killing off as many as he can.

We have the polio type virus from the Central Americans he allows to cross the border unimpeded.

We have Muslims severing the heads of Americans and Obama could care less.

Now we have the ebola virus being “welcomed” into the USA.

Actions speak louder than words.

Obama can talk all he wants, but his actions show he hates the American public and wants to kill off as many as he can and replace the dead with miscreants like himself.

What we are witnessing is genuine bipartisanship in the response to Ebola, and all you guys do is complain.

George Bush was all about compassionate conservatism and a kinder, gentler conservatism, and that extended to open borders. Barack Obama is all about equality for all, and that is not limited by national frontiers.

Sure, open borders cause hardships for some. We must, however, hold to a larger, more encompassing vision of a government that serves the greater good.

But, first, we must acknowledge the virtues of Ebola. Ebola is a virus of peace, a virus dedicated to fairness, and equality, and humanity. No genuine Ebola virus would wantonly kill journalists and innocent children. What we are witnessing is the perversion of a great virus. We will offer support to moderate strains of the Ebola virus to isolate and eliminate this perverse strain of Ebola.

We must fight the virus over there, so that we do have to fight it here. Americans need not worry about Ebola because the US government has deployed President Obama’s proven strategy of Hope’n’Change against. In the unlikely case of an outbreak here, we can be confident that it will be contained by ObamaCare.

There is another thing that Americans should be thankful for, and that is that the US government always tells the truth in time of crisis.

Whoa, pardner—where’s that satire tag?

That was a whole big steaming pile of satire right there.

Well done, too.

Wait til a few more cases pop up and everybody freaks out. That travel ban will be put on pretty fast. Of course by then we will have an active outbreak.

Oh brilliant, are you trying to be a jerk? There are not 100 cases in Dallas as of this posting.

Are you sure of that?

And somehow you think you'll be protected living in Delaware?

Nope. I used to travel across the country and internationally several times a year. So do many other Delawarean employees of global corporations now. But if you're going to leave DFW, unless you leave now, I would prefer that you stay there. Seriously.

As if anybody fleeing will bring Ebola with them.

You wouldn't? OK, then--just submit to a 21-day guaranteed self-isolation before you come, eh?

I have no idea what your point is other than being a sarcastic ass. Maybe you would like to elaborate bit?

This is not a sarcastic reply. I took microbiology in college, and did all the labs. For a highly communicable long-incubation deadly disease, transmittal possible before symptoms are seen, how many Dallas inhabitants are already infected and capable of passing within 21 days?

If you see 100 cases reported there, how many generations of infection and how long does it take to get to you (statistically)?

What is 3 standard deviations of communicability from this moment in time or in cases from Duncan to you?

And how did you figure . . . 100 cases as the trip wire?

Now who is being more sarcastic?

Post of the day, demonstrative of the absolute perversion the left suborns.

Midterms 4 weeks away, Republicans are doing...? All they got to do is get out there and say they are completely opposed to amnesty, are for securing the border and enforcing immigration laws and they will sweep the Senate yet they hide under their desk and as a result Democrats will still be a majority and we will continue to get FUBO’d

Ban commercial flights for the general public.

For aid/relief personnel - never heard of charter flights ?

Is this the same multi layered system that let the Liberian invader in in the first place? Answer: YES..

Well, that worked out real well for us and Obama the dumbest pResident ever is happy it worked out the way it did. Now load up the airlines and send all the Liberian former slaves BACK to America with ebola.

I tell you if Boehner and company do not bring up charges against Obama for this NOTHING will ever touch Obama except for the People’s boot planted squarely in his ass.

“NO TRAVEL BAN FROM AFRICA NEEDED” if the goal is to dispute the November Republican Senatorial win by allowing Ebola to consume the country and “prevent blacks from going to the polls”.
