So would disagree with your contention and counter that is not a founding principle of our nation.
They would also argue that what an individual does is his business alone if it does not harm another. And any attempt to control it would be considered a violent assault.
Some of these crazy folks actually believe that mankind should control the law...and how/when/if it's enforced.
