You will be surprised at how many people on this thread
will not understand that. They honestly believe that the
owner should absorb the cost.

Gubmint can control prices, but they can not control costs.

This is beyond the comprehension of most everyone in gubmint since most have never even run a lemonade stand.(at least not a profitable one)
