A side issue here: millions have flooded into our country illegally, lie left and right on documents thinking there should be no consequences. And there really aren't any consequences. So who can blame this guy coming here? When has any part of government tried to keep the public safe lately?

Sure did bring a financial crunch to the health system of Dallas. I would be upset if I were a tax paying person that someone acted improperly. She could always have gone to Liberia to meet up with her lover.
One has to wonder, did he hop in the sack with her right after arrival? Did he lie to her beforehand?

Last month, I bought a Nexus 7 tablet with G4 for $360CDN including tax. I’m set up with MagicJack at $120.00 for 5 years plus $10/yr for the number (Canada). A major telecom here (Shaw) has over 40K Wi-Fi hotspots in Canada (2-3K in Calgary) plus McD’s, Burger King and many other restaurants and churches have Wi-Fi. For the times there are no Wi-Fi hotspots nearby, I bought a data SIM card to connect to Bell Canada. Bell charges me $5.00 for the first 10MB and $20 for up to 1GB of data.
The only time I use the phone outside of Wi-Fi hotspots is for urgent calls so, after the initial Magic Jack outlay, it only costs me $5.00/mo for ‘cell’ phone coverage through my tablet using VOIP.
But all joking aside, this lady could very well apply and get a job at the Dallas airport doing interviews for people coming to the USA. I can’t figure out how these people who barely speak English are doing the inspection and letting people into the country. Seriously.

It is always hard losing a job. However, during my life I lost two jobs, one when I was 37 and another at 48. I had worked both jobs for just at 10 years and then zip..... gone.
This turned out to be a blessing each time. I found better jobs, better living conditions (salary is not the only thing that makes a better job or better living conditions).
I truly hope the same happens to you. What might look like a serious problem might be an awesome opportunity. Good luck.

Just checked. Flight from Liberia to Dallas is $868. That’s low enough for most people to manage. (Never mind using a credit card you’re unlikely to worry about paying.)
If he really lied on the forms, then he should be held responsible. But, you’re right, who knows how many other people have lied to come here?
And, really, we still don’t know that he lied. The Liberian family believed the young woman’s pregnancy caused her to have convulsions. They didn’t know she had Ebola until later. So, the question is, did Mr. Duncan know she had Ebola before he got on that plane?
So how does Jesse Jackson figure into this?
