In a separate news post, the Mayor of Kaboni told BBC that Air Strikes are useless unless they hit heavy equipment.

Obama is not interested in defeating ISIS. He just wants to LOOK like he is doing something.

Erdogan could stop this with his pinky finger if he was of a mind to oppose ISIS.
I take the current situation as Erdogan’s continuing SUPPORT of ISIS.

Some NATO member Turkey is plus they hate the Kurds. Islamic nations suck so very bad save for a scant few like the Kurds.

G-d Damned worthless Turks ....I hope ISIS starts going after them where they live .
The extensive use of fuel air explosives on all the ISIS held areas around Kobane would be a good strategy

I keep thinking and saying that ISIS is a Turk/Saud/State operation. They may have become an embarrassment to State requiring now some deniability, but the Turks aren’t embarrassed.
From our point of view they are driving a physical wedge between Iran and Syria. From Turkey’s point of view they are clearing the way for the Caliphate.
ISIS themselves may not realize they are a Turkish proxy. But the Turks know it.
