Read yesterday the all-clear is 42 days.
The incubation period is 21 days. At 21 days, the infectious part has (supposedly) run it’s course. They double that and if no new outbreaks develop, they can consider that incident closed.
It can be passed by sexual contact for about six weeks after a cure... or so I have read.
