The point has to be made, especially this election, though: GOP-e and RINOs can at least be reasoned with, and occasionally will vote sanely. Democrats CANNOT be reasoned with, PERIOD, and almost NEVER vote sanely. It's getting late, and facts have to be faced. No matter how lousy the other candidate might be, DO NOT LET THE DEMOCRAT BE ELECTED!

I vote for conservative Republicans. Period.

As the editor of Concealed Carry Magazine put it,

Some Yahoo from Kansas wrote saying he was offended to have to defend being a Democrat and gunowner.
He was reminded that wherever Democrats have taken power, that state’s citizens became second-hand citizens.

CA and east coast Republicans, like most Democrats, disagree with conservatives on a number of issues: safeguarding the 2nd, securing our southwestern border, preserving the middle class and any number of other important issues.

You can listen to their insults, and lick their hands, vote for the McCain’s, Bloomburgs, Rubios, Lugars, Cantors and Grahams. Listen to what they say. Go ahead, send them money.
I’ll watch what they do. I plan to fight them, like their allies, Democrats of all stripes. Don’t try to get me to crawl with you to truckle to statists, to kowtow like Obama, just because they claim to be on my side.

And if we vote for Dumb, the party will begin drifting right, and will start supporting constitutionalist candidates because the voters got the message through to them, right?

What alternate reality are you living in?
That might have been true fifteen or ten years ago, but it isn't now — look at how they throw away slam-dunk positions like icing the ATF, NSA and/or IRS (or even ObamaCare) over their improprieties. But nope, they're just feckless and spend their time moaning and groaning all while their hands help the Democrats push things into place.
