I’d have video crews at the state border, filming the buses coming in, then crews to follow them to the polling places, filming all the while. Preferably surreptitiously. It’d be a labor intensive effort (no pun intended) but well worth it to shut down that type of fraud.
Who would stop them with a mile of film?
