I was just thinking that last night. I have not heard anything in the media at all about Iraq coming back as a functioning country for at least 30 days. Supposedly with Maliki stepping aside it would allow for a functioning government. Iraq from my point of view is functionally non-existent and had been de-facto partitioned, yet nobody is talking about it at all...
