What’s funny is that plenty of organizations other than the federal government have a better grasp on ebola than the federal government. Penn State has restricted travel. They have pushed to have foreign students live with other families until it is safe, at least they reaalize that a student who goes home, brings back ebola, then decimates the atudent population at Penn State.
