The CPRC report was released in response to an Everytown for Gun Safety study claiming only 14% of mass public shootings took place in gun-free zones. Everytown actually claimed 86% of such incidents occurred in places where guns were allowed.
CPRC showed that the 86% claim rests on Everytown's "inclusion of attacks in private homes" and "numerous errors in identifying whether citizens can defend themselves." For example, Everytown "[ignores] rules that prevent general citizens from carrying guns [for self-defense]" in certain cities, and they fail to recognize that "allowing police to carry guns is not the same thing as letting civilians defend themselves."

I thought we were supposed to put Satire tags on these stories. This has to be a fake story because everyone knows there are no guns in gun-free zones.
Kinda on topic/off topic but I still want to know why people still associate with liberals in any capacity. It does no one any benefit to befriend or work with liars, frauds and the inherently evil.
Plenty of us across the social and employment spectrum to divest ourselves and do just fine. It is past time for us to do so and the only contact with them should involve open mockery.
I have done everything in my power to minimize my contact with them including family. My life improved dramatically. Even if we just do it step by step, it needs to be done.
This is so true! I have divested myself of as many libs in my circle of friends as I can and my quality of life has improved dramatically. Can’t afford to remove all of them from my business groups yet but that day is coming.
We got into this mess one step at a time and we will get out of it one step at a time. No magic fixes. As long as we step correctly, we ‘Shall overcome” ;)
PS: Congrats and good for you! It’s not hard to do but many people are fear locked by the thought. The more of us that speak up about it, the easier it will be for others to follow.
A liberal-free existence (or, as I would prefer to call it 'Leftist-free" because those who today refer to themselves as being 'liberal' are actually usually more accurately Stalinist or Marxist while Conservatives are oftentimes more along the lines of the "Classical Liberal" in that we are the ones who are 'truly' open-minded and are interested in 'conserving' the best of the past while carefully embracing the best of the future) is going to be easier to accomplish in some regions than others.
As an example, I live in Seattle which is an epicenter of the hard-Left. The past election cycle saw Seattle's first openly and proudly Socialist City Council member elected, our first openly and proudly homosexual Mayor and the University of Washington was I believe the first academic institution in the world to offer a full degree program in Womens' Studies. We are eyeball-deep in Marxists, hippies, hard-Left queers and hardcore, man-hating militant-feminists here.
Simply put, it's difficult if not impossible to be free from the cancer of the Left if you live in this region. From my travels to far more sane regions elsewhere in the USA I'm thinking that what you propose may indeed be possible.
That brings up the more advanced notion that eventually will have to happen.
Some areas are simply lost to us. We are at 50/50 and eventually, like it or not, America will balkanize. We will have to move to areas in rune to our beliefs and build a wall.
We simply cannot be a constitutional Republic with Liberals in it and anywhere near power. So we will either separate or surrender.
A business man near me went out in his company’s parking lot after the 2008 election and wrote down every employee vehicle that had an obama sticker on it. When business plummeted and he had to let people go, those were the first ones fired. I found that inspiring.
That’s what has to happen more often. When we bubblewrapped people from suffering the consequence of their actions, liberalism flourished.

I expressed my opinions with a group of libs and they totally went sideways.
There is no .middle ground with these people.
American Liberals (and most others really) are indistinguishable from the Germans of the late 30s. The regular people I mean. And with my last name I kinda pay attention to that sorta thing ;)
The modern lib brooks no diversion from the party line. They want salvation from what they have been propagandized to see as evil (The constitution/us) and have grabbed on to the man and the philosophy that the propaganda taught them “is” that salvation.
They will ride it to the ground rather than admit their mistakes. And of course as you point out, there is no dealing with that civilly.

Sounds like a theme for a book: “How to Get Rid of Liberals and Improve Your Life.” The book would sell a million copies.

I agree.
Thats a lot better than most do. To me it only makes sense for any non lib to minimize or eliminate contact/interaction to the greatest possible extent. They have been doing this to us for a while now so I don’t get why more of us don’t extend the same courtesy.
Make them Pariahs in ‘our’ lives. Herd them into their own segregated little world and just walk away. Soon enough they will turn on each other like the animals they are because they cannot help but ‘be better/smarter ect.’ than those around them. Look at the muslims. Same thing. The peace of Islam and the Peace of liberalism share a lot in common actually.
Just for a but of a mental exercise, people should do a ‘6 degrees of separation’ game. Pick ANY problem in the world today and see how many steps it takes to get to liberals/liberalism as the primary cause. Most take no more than three. Seriously. EVERY problem traces to some lib person/idea/philosophy.
And THAT is why we cannot coexsist with these freaks.
