CPS COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST TEXAS JUDGE OVER DAUGHTER AND POTENTIAL EBOLA EXPOSURE (Clay Jenkins)
Breitbart ^ | 10/5/14 | Bob Price

Posted on 10/12/2014 8:43:27 AM PDT by jimbo123

Breitbart Texas has learned a complaint was filed with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, also known as CPS.

The complaint was filed on Sunday morning by a concerned Dallas citizen who had read about Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins going into the apartment where Ebola patient, Thomas Eric Duncan, lived while he was sick. Jenkins was in the apartment with four people who had been directly exposed by Duncan to the Ebola virus.

Jenkins said, in a subsequent press conference that he was going home to his wife and nine-year-old daughter after he discussed being in the apartment again and driving the exposed family to their new home -- a forty-five minute drive. At no point did Jenkins appear to wear any protective clothing.

You can tell who wants to kiss Obama’s (fill in the blank) by the way they respond to these crises.

I also notice that they’re blaming the nurse who now has ebola. She must not have followed proper protocol is what they’re saying. They’re saying she probably got it by not removing the gear properly. I doubt very seriously if there’s a hospital in the country that has the proper showers to handle level 4 gear.

I also read the hospital is no longer accepting ER patients. I wonder what that’s about. Apparently they KNOW the ER is infected.

This idiot is so politically obsessed (and that’s what it was all about) to put himself and family at risk

It will be a very good test case on how Ebola does / does not spread.

I personally applaud Mr. Jenkins for taking this potentially risky step.

Most on FR are blowing smoke up each others butt on this issue.

The two cases of Hazmat suite infection make the most sense. My guess is that the Cameraman and the nurse may not have payed as much attention as needed when removing their hazmat gear and washing up

So he used his wife and child as political pawns. That's the way DemocRATS do.

Am I right, Joan Kennedy? Up high!

I wonder if Obama gave him those meds, and if they are an Ebola preventative.

Yeah - were the crazy folks who think that it's better to have a gun and not need one is preferable to not having one when we do need one -- we also think that it's better to plan as if the virus can be transmitted in ways we do not yet know than it is to trust the "experts" who have been telling us that we are in no danger. they make one little mistake in judgement and the whole ball of wax starts to melt.

“I personally applaud Mr. Jenkins for taking this potentially risky step.”

If he’s infected and exposes his family and others around him, he should be held criminally negligent if he lives. If he’s not infected, one person proves nothing as a “test case”.
