That is correct and I think he should also fly back from Liberia with Liberians on the way to the United States. And I think he should hang out for about a week or so with Liberians who passed the temperature check. It would help keep us calm if he survived.
Then make him clean the toilets on all planes landing at Kennedy with travelers from Liberia!
