Here's what we know so far:

The US Government (in 2010) granted itself the exclusive patent for Ebola and any vaccines/cures.

In August this year, Obama started to expedite visas for people wanting to come to the US from Ebola-infected countries.

The NIH is currently conducting Ebola vaccine trials in the US.

So... the US gets ravaged by Ebola, and the Obama administration has the sole discretion over the use of any Ebola vaccines. Guess what... he can then fundamentally change the USA by deciding who lives and who dies.
