The salient question that emerged is "where in the hell" are the four (4) family members of that despicable scumbag from Liberia that brought Ebola to Dallas, Texas.

The CDC's first concern is the welfare of Africa.

The CDC's second concern is that people don't 'panic' - whatever the hell that means...

The third concern is can the CDC lie effectively to the American people by 'not telling the truth' but not actually lying.

I'm guessing this question falls into the 'third' - and family members are either sick or dead...
