We're not likely to see an outbreak in the US, but now that the disease has been transmitted here, Americans are increasingly worried.

Oh, really? There were some 70 people that treated Duncan, not to mention his family (gee, where ARE they, anyway?) and various visitors. PLUS the people they interacted with, like Pham's boyfriend (that may have literally been a killer BJ). Oh, and WE KEEP LETTING IN PEOPLE FROM INFECTED COUNTRIES! I'd say that the odds of an outbreak here are pretty damned high.
